If you hadn't heard the news, Orison technologies just released a new product for Flash Lite called SWF2Go.
What is it? "SWF2Go is a professional toolkit for Adobe Flash Lite, which allows developers to create Symbian SIS installer and SWF launcher icon for Flash Lite applications."
